About the role:
As one of the fastest growing Kia dealerships in Australian, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the team at our Head Office, Railway Terrace, Mile End.
We are seeking a professional individual, who is customer service orientated with a winning attitude; to complement the existing team and share the company’s philosophy of “commitment to success through exceptional customer service”.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome, assist and direct customers in head office/showroom
- Answering and directing all external and internal telephone calls
- Preparation of vehicle service books
- Administrative support to the admin and sales team
- Various other administration tasks as required
Skills required:
- Experience in a similar role would be considered an advantage
- Strong customer service focus
- Enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis
- Excellent phone manner
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation with an energetic and positive approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Competent computer skills
- Attention to detail.

About the Role
As one of the most progressive and fastest growing Kia dealerships in Australia, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our highest volume service operation located at Mile End.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your main duties will be liaising on a daily basis customers in relation to repairs and services of their motor vehicle.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- customer service enquiries and bookings
- writing up costing repair orders
- estimating time required to complete the job
- customer invoicing
- communicating with customers re vehicle progress
- liaising with Workshop Foreman re progress of repairs on vehicles
